Pistil Agro Private Limited is located right in Jalna, specifically at House No. 26 in Nilam Nagar. Being so close to the railway station means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. It’s different from being out in the middle of a field, but it makes it easier for us to handle the logistics of the agro business. We operate out of a regular house, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. You’ll usually find us sitting around a table with a lot of papers spread out, trying to keep track of shipments and orders. Jalna is a big hub for trade, so being here puts us right in the middle of the action. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the local market well. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the surrounding villages. The work can be quite repetitive, with a lot of checking and re-checking details, but that’s the nature of this business. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just try to make sure that the products we handle are moving where they need to go and that everyone is getting a fair deal. The trains going by remind us that things are always moving, and we just try to keep up with that pace. It’s a practical, straightforward way to run a company in a busy town like ours.
