Our business, Padmanabha Cement Products Private Limited, is based in Old Jalna. We are located at House No-9-433 in Aditya Nagar. It is a pretty easy place to find because we are quite close to the Krida Sankul, the local sports complex. Being in Jalna means we are right in the middle of Maharashtra, and there is always something being built around here. We make various cement products right here on site. It’s not a quiet job; there is always the sound of mixing or moving stuff around. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. The office is part of the house setup, so it feels very personal and local. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs cement pipes or blocks, they just come by and talk to us. We’ve had some rainy seasons that made work tough, but we always managed to keep things going. The neighborhood knows us well. We aren't a big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just one family-run place in Aditya Nagar trying to do a decent job. It gets dusty and the work is tiring, but seeing the products go out to a new house is a good feeling. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month without too much fuss.
