Our company is located in Dhalaskheda, which is a part of the Ghan. Tehsil in the Jalna district. The address is actually care of Subadrabai Kisanrao Jarhad at G.No.58. It is a very local operation, rooted right here in the farming community. Mujgule Bapu Agrotech was set up by farmers specifically for farmers, mostly to help us all manage our produce better. We deal with the realities of the weather and the market every single day. Jalna is famous for its agriculture, so we are right in the middle of everything. It is a producer company, which means we all work together to see how we can get better results for our crops. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning and modern furniture, just a simple place where we meet to talk about seeds, fertilizers, and the upcoming harvest. Sometimes the rain does not come when we need it most, and other times there is too much of it, so we talk about those problems too. We are just ordinary people trying to make a living from the land we have. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache for us sometimes, but it is just part of running a legal company. We focus on what we actually know, which is the soil and the crops that grow in this part of Maharashtra. We do not have a big marketing department, so we rely on word of mouth between the villages.
