We’re over in Jalna, specifically at Ahilya Nagar in the Partur subdivision. Our address is a bit of a mix, Old House No. 231 and New House No. 50. It’s how things go in older areas. MR-ROKADE CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is our name on the board. We do a lot of work around the Hingoli and Jalna districts. It’s mostly rural or semi-urban projects. We don't use much fancy tech, just the usual tools and a lot of physical labor. The heat here in Maharashtra can be pretty rough, so we usually start our days very early. The office is just a part of the house where we keep the records. We’re not looking to become some massive multinational firm. We just want to do good work for our neighbors. Sometimes the materials take forever to arrive because of the roads, but we’ve learned to be patient. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Partur over the years. We’ve helped build some of those changes. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the mixers are running. We don't have a polished sales pitch. If you see us on a site, we’re probably covered in dust and focused on the level. That’s just who we are. We take pride in just getting the job done without too much fuss or talking. It's about being reliable in our own small way.
