Matrix Fine Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is located over in the MIDC Industrial Area in Paithan, right at Plot D-8. It's quite a drive out from the main city of Aurangabad, but this is where all the actual work happens. We spend most of our time dealing with fine sciences, which basically means a lot of technical stuff that most people don't think about in their daily lives. The facility here is pretty big and it gets dusty outside because of the industrial roads, but inside we keep things sorted. We've been at this spot for a while now. The team is mostly local people from nearby villages and some who come in from the city every morning. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a factory setup where we focus on getting the orders processed and making sure the science part of the business is handled correctly. Sometimes the power goes out in this area or the trucks get delayed, but that’s just how it is working in an industrial zone like Paithan. We don’t really spend much time on fancy websites or advertisements. Most of our day is just spent looking at data, checking the machinery, and making sure the output is what it should be. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, by the time the evening shift starts, things get a bit quieter around the plot, which is nice.
