LOKHIT URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Lokhit Urban Nidhi Limited is based out of Jalna. We share space with Active Computers, which belongs to Shri Shamrao Laxmikant Kulkarni. It's a bit of a mixed setup here. You’ve got computers on one side and our Nidhi work on the other. It works for us though. Jalna is a place where everyone knows someone, so we don't need to shout about where we are. People just find us at the computer shop. We help people with their savings and small loans. It's mostly locals from the 431203 area. We keep things very basic. No big corporate meetings or anything. Just us sitting at the desks, handling the paperwork for the members. Shri Shamrao is around most of the time. The office is practical. We have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the computer repairs going on, but it’s a friendly atmosphere. We’ve been running things this way because it keeps costs down for everyone. We handle the urban Nidhi stuff carefully. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Maharashtra. We just want to do our part for the folks in Jalna. If you come by Active Computers, you'll see our section. It’s a simple arrangement that has worked for us. We just sit here, do the math, fill the forms, and talk to the people who come in. It’s honest work for our neighbors and we enjoy the daily routine of the shop.
