We are based out of Nanded, specifically in the Datt Nagar area. Our workplace is actually located inside the Pushpkunj Nivas building, which belongs to N.K. Kadam. It’s very close to the Datt Mandir, so it’s quite easy for anyone to find us if they know that landmark. Living and working around here is just fine, as it’s a decent and friendly neighborhood. We’ve been at this particular spot for a good while now. Here at L&T, we handle all sorts of different tasks from this location, and nothing we do is very flashy. Most days we’re just busy dealing with a lot of paperwork or coordinating things over the telephone. It does get a bit noisy whenever there’s a big festival happening at the temple nearby, but we don’t really mind the noise too much. The building itself is an older-style house, which makes it feel more like a home than some sterile corporate office space. We actually prefer it that way because it keeps everything feeling grounded and real. Sometimes the rooms get a little crowded with all the files and equipment we have to store, but we always manage to find some space. People in Nanded are generally very friendly, so we get along well with all the neighbors. We don’t have a massive sign hanging outside, just the regular address. If you’re looking for our office, just ask for the Kadam house near the temple. We just work. It is simple enough.
