We are Kgs Builcom And Real Estate Private Limited and our office is at H.No 23/A on Chintamani Pangara Road. This is located in Gyanchand Nagar in Chitegoan which is part of the Paithan taluka. It is a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Our office is more like a house that we have converted for work purposes. There is plenty of space and it doesn't feel cramped at all. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up but it is generally a quiet area to get things done. We have our main room where we keep all the records and a couple of tables for our computers. There isn't any big fancy sign outside just the house number 23/A. We mostly deal with local people from the Chitegoan area. It is a straightforward way of working without all the stress of a high-rise office building. We usually start our day early before it gets too hot and we take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its strongest. The Chintamani Pangara Road is a familiar route for everyone around here. We have been operating from this spot in Gyanchand Nagar for a while and it suits us just fine for the kind of work we handle every day.
