Kasura Valley Vineyards Private Limited

Our place is at H. No. 3-19-56, which is pretty close to Tawan Hall in Old Jalna. Kasura Valley Vineyards isn't some giant estate like the ones you see in movies. It is more of a practical setup where we handle the grapes and the bottling. Old Jalna has a specific feel to it, and we have been in this spot for a while now. The weather really dictates our schedule. If it rains, everything slows down. If it is too hot, we are worried about the storage. We spend a lot of time looking at the sky and checking the barrels. The office is small and usually smells a bit like old wood and grapes. We don't spend money on fancy signs or shiny brochures. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the equipment breaks down right when we need it most, and we have to spend the whole night fixing a pump or a seal. It is a lot of physical labor, dragging hoses and stacking heavy cases. My hands are usually stained or calloused. We just want to get through the season without any major disasters. We are just a few people in Old Jalna working with what we have. It is quiet most of the time except during harvest when everyone is rushing around and shouting over the noise of the trucks. We just do our job.
