IBP BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located right near Vaishnavi Arked in Jalna. It’s a central spot at S.N.69, which makes it easy for the workers to find us. We’ve been operating out of this post office area for a good bit now. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just dealing with sand, cement, and local labor. Some days are just spent chasing after people to make sure things get delivered on time. The office at 431203 is usually a bit chaotic with files and samples of bricks everywhere. We don't have a professional receptionist or anything. If you call, one of us will just pick up the phone. Construction in a place like Jalna has its own set of challenges. The power goes out sometimes, or the weather gets too hot to work during the day. We just manage as best as we can. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to keep the projects on track. Most of our clients are local folks who have seen our work around town. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just building structures and making sure they don’t fall down. Sometimes we have tea with the guys at the site just to see how things are going. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. That’s pretty much the whole story. There is always something to do, so we stay pretty busy all year round.
