Dhamna Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at H.No. 60 on Chikhali Road in Pimpalkhuta. We’re over in Jafrabad, and the company is run from Dattatray Uttamrao Dungahu’s place. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the road right there, which helps when we need to move stuff, but it also means there’s a lot of dust and noise from the traffic. We are just a bunch of local farmers trying to do something useful for our community. We meet up at the house to talk about seed prices, fertilizers, and who is buying what this year. It’s not a formal environment. Usually, there’s some tea going and a lot of loud talking. We don’t use any big business words because we don't need them. We know the land and we know the crops. The paperwork side of the company is a bit of a headache for us, but we stay on it because it helps the group keep moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to finish our work by candlelight or just wait for the next morning. It’s just how life is here in Jafrabad. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just working hard, keeping the records in order, and trying to get a better deal for the produce we grow and sell to the buyers.
