Our place is in Samadhan Apartments, G-1, over in Sherpura. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. BR-DSR LATERI SHAMSHABAD PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the door, though it’s a bit of a mouthful to say every time the phone rings. We mainly focus on our local projects and try to keep things running smoothly. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by, though we are usually out on site for most of the daylight hours. Sherpura is our home base and we know the area well. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. It's just a few of us trying to make a living in the construction and development trade. Some days are good and everything goes according to plan. Other days, we're dealing with broken equipment or paperwork headaches. That's just how it is when you're building things. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We’re just local guys who know how to get a job finished. We’ve been in this apartment office for a while now and it suits us just fine. We don’t need anything bigger or flashier. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects nearby. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever project is currently on the schedule. It takes a lot of patience to do this.
