If you’re driving down Mantha Road in Jalna, you’ll find us at Plot No. 5 in the Priyanka Residence building. Akvk Devlopers Private Limited is based right here, and we’ve been working in this area for a while now. Jalna is a busy place, and there’s always something being built or renovated. We mostly focus on local projects that people actually need. Our office is part of a residential setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business environment. We often have people just dropping in to chat about land or asking for advice on building their own houses. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work and making sure the sites are being managed properly. Some days we are stuck in the office dealing with the electricity department or the local council. Other days we are out in the sun at a construction site. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We try to keep our costs down so we can offer decent prices to the folks here in Jalna. The traffic on Mantha Road can be a bit much during the day, but we like the location. It’s easy for people to find us. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just want to keep building things that last and keep our customers satisfied with the honest work we put in.
