Winley Polymer

Winley Polymer is located right at N-59 in the M.I.D.C. Area. A good way to find our spot is to look for the Bharat Petroleum station, since we are quite close to that landmark. Working with polymers means the smell of plastic is something we don't even notice anymore, though visitors usually mention it as soon as they walk in. The facility isn't brand new or anything; it's got that lived-in industrial feel where you can tell real work actually happens. We spend our hours watching the machines and making sure the production runs are going okay. It’s a lot of standing around and checking numbers. We aren't into big speeches or fancy websites. We just stay here in this part of the industrial estate and keep the production lines moving along. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we all have to pitch in to fix it. That's just part of the daily life here in the factory. Most of the guys have been working at Winley for years, so we’re more like a bunch of neighbors than anything else. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just talk over the noise of the machines on the floor. If a customer calls, they get one of us on the phone, not some automated machine. We just try to keep the quality steady and the deliveries out on time. It's honest work in a very busy part of town.
