Viptec Construction

Viptec Construction is based out of Jalgaon, specifically over at Plot 28 in Sambhaji Nagar. We share the space with Mr. Sanjiv Kolte's place. It’s a bit of a trek to some of the sites, but we’re used to it. Construction is a tough business around here. You’re always dealing with the weather or trying to find good materials that don't cost a fortune. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the blueprints and take some calls. Most of the time, the team is out in the field getting their hands dirty. We do a lot of different projects, mostly smaller stuff that keeps us moving from one end of Jalgaon to the other. It gets dusty and loud on site, which is just part of the job. We have a few guys who have been with us for years now. They know how things work. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how it is. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing fancy presentations. We’d rather be out seeing the progress on a wall or a roof. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, so the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup for a practical local business.
