Usha Clinic

Our clinic is right on Ramnagar Chakri Road. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks and cars going by. Usha Clinic has been here for years, and most people in Ramnagar know the building. It is a basic setup with a waiting area and a few exam rooms. We have a ceiling fan that works hard in the summer to keep things cool. The walls are painted a light blue, though they are starting to peel a bit near the window where the sun hits. We see people for all sorts of common ailments. It is a practical place. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art. We spend our time looking at patients and helping them out. The desk is usually piled high with old notebooks where we keep track of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour, and we just use flashlights and keep going. That is just life on Chakri Road. We know the shopkeepers next door, and we usually get tea from the stall across the street when we have a free minute. It is a very local atmosphere. People walk in, wait their turn on the wooden benches, and then head back out to their day. It is a simple, honest way to run a clinic, and it works for us and the people here.
