We are located in the Jalgaon district of Maharashtra, specifically in a place called Tamaswadi in the Parola taluka. This is our Pune branch’s local presence here. The pin code is 425111. It is a very rural setting compared to a big city office. Being at/post Tamaswadi means we are right there where the projects are. Ub Engineering Ltd. has been operating out of this spot to stay close to the local developments. It’s a simple building, very much in line with the surrounding village area. We don't have high-speed elevators or glass walls. It's just a sturdy place where we can keep our equipment and sit down to figure out the technical details. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or at the work sites, so the office is often just a home base for the evening. The people in the village know us by now. We try to keep things simple and honest. Engineering in a place like this is about solving real problems with whatever tools you have. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have many employees here, just a dedicated few who handle everything from the site work to the ledger books.
