Swarn India Beverages & Food Pvt Ltd is located in Sakri Saraya, right near the Reliance Petrol Pump. Since we are right by the highway, we deal with a lot of dust and the constant sound of heavy trucks zooming past our front gate. It’s a very practical location for our business because the transport is easy, even if the surroundings are a bit noisy and busy. Our facility handles both drinks and food items, so there is always a lot of activity going on inside the main building. We have various machines for bottling and packing that require a lot of looking after and maintenance. Many of our staff members come from the nearby villages and we have all gotten to know each other's families over the years. It’s a very grounded atmosphere here. We don't have any polished corporate mission statements hung up on the walls. Instead, we have handwritten lists of what needs to be done for the day and who is responsible for each machine. This area around the petrol pump gets especially busy in the evenings when everyone is fueling up to head back home. We usually stay open until the very last batch is finished, which sometimes means we are here quite late into the night. The sun can be very harsh out here in the open country, so we really appreciate the shade of our big warehouse roof. It’s a straightforward business, making things that people need and getting them out to the local stores. We don't try to be anything fancy. We just focus on the daily chores and keeping the place running.
