Swami Narayan Clinic

Swami Narayan Clinic is right at Gandhi Chowk. If you know the area you have probably walked past us a dozen times while doing your shopping or running errands. It is a busy spot at Gandhi Chowk and we like being right in the middle of it. The clinic is not huge. It is actually quite small but it is enough for what we need to do. Most days involve seeing people from the neighborhood who have a cough or a cold. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. There is not any fancy decor inside. Just some chairs for waiting and the doctor's room. We use simple English and talk plain with everyone who comes through the door. Sometimes the street noise from Gandhi Chowk comes inside but that is just part of being in town. We do not spend much time on paperwork or big meetings. We just focus on the patient sitting in front of us. It is nice seeing familiar faces every day. Some people just stop by to say hello while they are out. We have been at this location for a while now and it feels like home. Being a local clinic means we see everything from kids with scraped knees to older folks needing their blood pressure checked. We just keep things moving one person at a time. It is a modest setup but it serves the people around Gandhi Chowk well enough.
