Sukant Agro Foods Private Limited is based out of Jalgaon, specifically in the Pimprala area. Our place is on plot number 50 in Vidhya Nagar. Jalgaon is famous for its produce, and we wanted to be a part of that by handling agro foods. We are not a massive factory; we are a smaller operation working out of our plot in Vidhya Nagar. Most days, we are busy checking the quality of the food items we handle. The heat in Jalgaon can be something else, so we have to be careful about how things are stored and moved. We started this because we saw a lot of food going to waste or not getting a good price, and we thought we could help bridge that gap. We do not use big words or have a complicated business plan. We just look at what is coming in from the farms and see where it needs to go. It is a lot of physical work and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the trucks are late or the power goes out, but that is just life here. We like being in Pimprala because it feels like a real neighborhood where people actually talk to each other. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by working with the food that grows in our own backyard. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time.
