You can find us at H - 18 in the M.I.D.C. area. It’s a standard industrial plot, much like the ones next to us. Star Coolers And Condensers Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a big workshop where we spend our hours putting things together. The M.I.D.C. is a sprawling place, and it can be easy to get turned around if you aren’t looking for the H section specifically. Our building is a simple structure that does what it needs to do. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot inside, which is ironic considering we spend all day working on coolers and condensers. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. The work is steady and repetitive. We have rows of units waiting to be finished and others waiting to be shipped out. There’s a lot of copper and aluminum lying around the workstations. We don't really have a big corporate office; there's just a small desk in the corner where the paperwork gets handled. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the rhythms of the place. We don’t do any fancy marketing or have a polished sales team. If people need coolers, they usually find us through word of mouth or by coming directly to H - 18. It’s just a regular factory job for us, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can.
