At Star Cooler And Condenser Pvt. Ltd., you will find us at H-13, Unit 1 in the MIDC industrial area. This is where we do all our work, from the actual assembly of units to the paperwork in the small office area. MIDC is a big place, and it’s full of warehouses and factories like ours. It’s not the cleanest or quietest place to work, but it’s where things get made. Our unit has high ceilings and concrete floors that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days dealing with coolers and condensers, which means a lot of metal, some welding, and plenty of grease. It can get pretty hot in the workshop, especially when the sun is beating down on the roof, but we just keep the big fans running. We aren't a big, polished company with a PR department. We are just a team of workers who know how to put these machines together. Most of our tools are old but they work just fine for what we need. When a customer calls, they usually talk directly to one of us who is actually working on the floor. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our work clothes getting things ready for shipment. It’s honest, hard work and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for a long time now.
