The workshop is located at M-68 in the MIDC area on Bhusawal Road. If you are driving on NH-6, you’ll see the turn-off near the Godawari Engineering College. We are right behind the college building, which helps people find us because the industrial estate can get a bit confusing with all the similar-looking sheds. It gets really hot in the afternoons under the metal roof, so we usually have the big fans running full blast. You can hear the sounds of the metal being worked on from all the way down the street. Most of the guys here have been working with us for years, so they know the routine by heart. We spend most of our time dealing with the large containers, moving them around with the small crane and making sure the lids fit right. It’s a lot of physical work and your hands get dirty pretty fast. Sometimes the trucks from the highway get stuck in the narrow lane near our entrance, which causes a bit of a headache for everyone. We usually take our tea break outside in the shade when the sun is too much. The address at M-68 is easy enough to spot once you pass the main college gates. We just focus on getting the day's tasks done and closing up before it gets too dark. It’s a plain place, but it works for what we do every day.
