We are located right opposite the Shivdham Mandir, just above Ahuja Nagar here in Jalgaon. It’s a busy little corner of the city, and we've gotten used to the sound of the bells and the traffic. Smile India Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s not a very big space, but it fits what we need to do on a daily basis. Most of the people working here grew up around Jalgaon, so we know the area like the back of our hand. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most days, we’re just in casual clothes, drinking tea and trying to get through the pile of work on our desks. Having the temple right across from us means there's always a bit of noise and people moving around, which we like. It feels alive. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just helping folks with their daily business needs. It’s practical, straightforward work. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people shaking hands. We just have our office where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but it keeps us moving. It's a simple setup without any frills. We've stayed in this spot because it's convenient for people coming from the main part of town. Sometimes the heat in Jalgaon gets tough in the summer, but we've got a couple of fans going and we keep at it.
