We have been here in Jalgaon for some time now. Our office is more like a house because it’s a Ro House setup. It feels more comfortable that way for us and for the people who come to visit. We aren't in a big shopping mall or a skyscraper. We like being in Prasad Nagar because it’s a nice part of town. People come in to talk about their yatra plans and we sit down and go over things. The address is 424201 and we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot. Trimurti Ambad Road can get a bit busy during the day, but inside it’s usually calm. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us making sure everything is taken care of. We keep our books on the shelf and our maps on the wall. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and where they can go.
