Shree Samast Clinic and Hospital is based in Raver, Jalgaon. We are located at Expose Viivre, which is quite close to the Gram Panchayat office. That landmark is very useful because everyone in the village knows where the government office is. We serve a lot of the local community here. Our setup is simple and functional. We have a few beds for people who need to stay for a day or two, and a small area for consultations. The building is basic, with concrete floors and simple windows that let in the sunlight. During the harvesting season, it gets very quiet because everyone is out in the fields, but other times it’s packed. We have a small team of nurses and a helper who keeps the place clean. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets, just the essential tools for a clinic and hospital. The vibe here is very informal; people often stop by just to ask a quick question or to say hello to the staff. We use a big paper register to keep track of everyone. Sometimes the animals from the nearby houses wander near the entrance, and we have to shoo them away. It’s just life in Raver. We aren't trying to be a big city hospital. We are just here for the people who live nearby and need a place to go when they feel unwell.
