Shirke Sea Food Corner

Down on Shivaji Road in Jalgaon, you’ll find us right in the Kombadi Bazaar area. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in 425001 means we’re right in the thick of the daily trade. Shirke Sea Food Corner is a small operation. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on getting the fresh catch in and getting it ready for whoever comes by. The bazaar is always loud and full of smells, and we’re just one part of that whole scene. It’s hard work, especially dealing with fresh fish and seafood every day. You have to be quick and you have to be clean. Our space on Shivaji Road isn't very big, but we make it work. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when it’s busy, but that’s just how it is. We don't spend money on fancy signs or radio ads. We just let the food speak for itself. It’s a simple life, really. We wake up early, see what the market has, and then we open up. Jalgaon is a good place to work, and the people in Kombadi Bazaar are mostly just regular folks looking for a good meal. We’re just glad to be here and doing our bit. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we take it seriously.
