Samarth Camphor House

We run Samarth Camphor House out of Prakasha village. It’s part of the Shahade tehsil in Nandurbar district. Our place is really close to the Ram Mandir, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are in the village. We work with camphor, and you can usually smell it before you even see the building. It’s a small-scale setup we’ve got here. We don’t have any high-tech machinery, just the basic tools that have worked for years. The village is peaceful, though it gets crowded during festival times because of the temple. We mostly deal with local shops and people who stop by. Our family has been doing this for a while. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here. The work can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we know. We spend our days packing and checking the quality of what we produce. It’s a simple life in Prakasha. We don't have big meetings or corporate goals. We just make sure we have enough stock for whoever needs it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or work by hand. It’s just how things go in this part of the country. We are just a local business trying to keep things going steadily.
