Ruby Hospital & Critical Care Centre

Ruby Hospital & Critical Care Centre is located at No. 7-B in Prabhat Colony. We’re right behind Shanbag Hall, which most people around here know. It’s a busy spot during the day, especially when the morning shift starts. The building itself isn't brand new, but we keep it tidy enough. Our staff comes from various parts of the city. Some take the bus and others ride their bikes. We deal with critical care, so things can get a bit hectic at times. There are monitors beeping and people moving around the hallways. Families wait in the sitting area, usually looking at their phones or talking quietly. Sometimes the tea stall outside gets crowded when people take breaks. We have regular hospital beds and some specialized equipment for the serious cases. It’s just how it is in a medical facility. We don’t have fancy decorations, just the stuff we need to do the work. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with Prabhat Colony. If you miss the turn at the hall, you have to go around the block. We try to answer the phone quickly but sometimes we are tied up with a patient. It’s a local place where we know a lot of the neighbors who walk by every day. The parking out front is a bit tight, but there is usually space on the side street if you look for it. We've been here for a good number of years now.
