Reshmai All Event

Pande Chowk is one of those spots in Jalgaon where something is always happening, and that is where we keep our office. Working in events means we don't really have a regular nine-to-five schedule. One day we might be setting up a small birthday party at a house nearby, and the next we are out in a big field trying to keep a tent from blowing over. Jalgaon can get incredibly dry and hot, so we deal with a lot of dust on our equipment. We keep all our stuff like speakers and stage platforms in a storage area that we are constantly trying to keep organized, though it never stays that way for long. We’ve done all sorts of things, from local festivals to small family gatherings where everyone knows each other. It’s a lot of phone calls to vendors and making sure the flower guy shows up on time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us working at a function at the chowk. There’s a certain rhythm to the work, even when things go wrong, like a fuse blowing or a decoration falling down. We just pick it up, fix it, and keep moving. It’s nice to see a place look different after we’ve spent a few hours putting up curtains and lights. We’ve been here at Pande Chowk for years now and we know how people like things done.
