We are based out in Jalgaon at Plot 301 in Gandhi Nagar. It is a simple office where we handle land development and brokerage. Jalgaon gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough to work in. Most of our work involves land plots around this area and further out in the district. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about what is available or to just have a chat about the local market. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some cupboards full of land records that have been around for years. It is not a corporate environment by any means. It is more about sitting down with people and going over the papers until everyone is clear on the deal. We do a lot of driving out to the final plots to check boundaries and see how the land looks after the rains. Being in Gandhi Nagar means we are close to the heart of things here. We do not use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and our phones to keep track of things. It is about being present and knowing the ground we are working on. We have been here long enough to know most of the people involved in land around Jalgaon. It is just how we do business, one plot at a time.
