We are located out in Jalgaon at Plot 1 in Ayodhaya Nagar, right in the MIDC area. Being in the industrial zone makes sense for a buildcon company like ours since we’re close to the action. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, dealing with the local construction needs of the area. It’s hot here most of the year, so we spend a lot of time making sure our sites are running okay despite the weather. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the bills and the project scheduling. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just Nihira Buildcon, a local outfit that knows Jalgaon well. A lot of our work involves the physical side of building, so you’ll often see us in our boots rather than suits. We think it’s better to be on the site than sitting behind a desk all day anyway. The MIDC area is always busy, and we like the energy of it. If you need to find us, just look for Plot 1. We’re usually there early in the morning before it gets too hot. It’s a simple business run by people who grew up around here and want to see the town develop properly without a lot of unnecessary drama or expensive delays. We just keep our heads down and build.
