Navchetna Clinic

Navchetna Clinic is right in the middle of Mansingh Market in Jalgaon. Being in a market area means there is always a lot of activity right outside our door. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the people bargaining all day long. The clinic itself is quite small. We have a tiny waiting room with some plastic chairs that have seen better days. The walls are painted a simple white, and we have a few health posters up. It’s not a fancy medical center, just a local clinic where people go when they aren’t feeling right. We deal with a lot of common illnesses, especially when the weather changes. Most of our patients are people who work in the market or live in the apartments nearby. We’ve been at this address for several years, so we’ve become a regular part of the scenery. The space is a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we make it work. We don’t have a computer system for everything; we still write down many things in our logbooks. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it’s what we know. Jalgaon is a hot place, so we have a cooler that hums in the corner during the afternoons. We open our doors in the morning and close up when the market starts to wind down. It’s just a normal, everyday clinic for normal, everyday people.
