Our office is in Pachora, which is in the Jalgaon district. We are located on Bhadgaon Road, at Survey Number 48/2B. It’s a bit of a different pace out here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. MSP Buildcon is a local company and we focus on construction work around the Pachora area. The office is a simple building right off the main road. It gets dusty because of the trucks passing by, but that’s just how it is. We have a small staff and most of us have lived in this area for a long time. There is no corporate polish here, just some sturdy furniture and a lot of paper records. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at our building sites, so the office is a place to cool down and get the administrative stuff done. We drink plenty of water and talk about the local weather, which really affects our work schedule. People from the town often just walk in to ask questions or talk about potential projects. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on doing the work and being present in the community. It’s a small-town business where everyone knows everyone else. We take things one day at a time, making sure our construction projects are progressing and our workers are doing okay. It’s a quiet but busy life in Jalgaon.
