My main office, P. B, Agarwal & Associates, is located at Shree Prasad 43 in the Navi Peth area of Jalgaon. It’s right across from Dr. Talele’s clinic. Even though the physical building is here in Jalgaon, I do a significant amount of work for people in Varanasi as well. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, but it has worked for us for a long time. The office itself is a busy place. We have a lot of history in these walls, with files dating back quite a way. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a marketing team. We are just a group of people who understand how to handle accounting and legal paperwork. We speak to our clients like they are our neighbors, because many of them are. When someone from Varanasi calls, we handle their needs with the same attention as someone who walks in off the street here in Jalgaon. It takes a lot of coordination, but we’ve gotten used to it. My desk is always piled high with folders, but there is a system to it all. We don't believe in making things look perfect if it gets in the way of actually working. We are honest about what we can do and we just try to be helpful. It’s a practical, everyday sort of business where we just focus on the task in front of us.
