JAYBHADRA CONSTRUCTION LLP operates out of a godown space in the Mansingka Building. Being right on Bus Stand Road in Pachora means it’s always noisy and dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of Jalgaon. Our office at H.No. 372 is basically Godown-25, so it’s more of a place for storing materials and meeting laborers than a polished office. We spend most of our time dealing with sand, bricks, and the logistics of moving stuff around the local area. The road outside is always full of buses and people traveling, which makes getting our own trucks out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have any fancy desks or expensive furniture here. Usually, someone is sitting on a plastic chair checking the accounts or talking to a contractor over the phone. Life in Pachora is simple and we try to keep our business that way too. We take on whatever construction work comes our way in the district and try to get it finished before the monsoon hits. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the godown roof, but we’re used to it by now. People know where to find us if they need something built or repaired. We aren't interested in being some big city firm, we just want to keep the local projects moving and pay our bills on time every month.
