Our office for Jalgaon Urban Multipeoples Nidhi Limited is situated over in Group No. 2, specifically in the Kasoda area within Erandol. Jalgaon is where we all call home, and being based in Kasoda means we see a lot of the same people every single day. It’s a busy enough spot, and we stay occupied with the usual tasks that come with running a local Nidhi company. People come by to talk about their accounts or to ask how the whole system works. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations because that just makes things harder for everyone. Mostly, it’s about sitting down at the desk and working through the files. We have some regular visitors who stop in just to say hello while they are out doing their shopping. The building we are in is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a very local operation, run by people who understand how life goes in this part of Jalgaon. We don’t have any fancy posters or big advertising boards. We just open up in the morning and do our job until it’s time to head home. It feels like a normal part of the community here. Most of the people who come in have been living in the area as long as we have.
