J K Motar Driving School

Down on Jamner Road, near the Bhuswal Ordnance Factory, is where we run J K Motar Driving School. Jalgaon can be a tough place to learn how to drive because of the heavy trucks and the dust from the factories nearby. Our office is a simple room where we keep the registration forms and a few old posters about road signs on the walls. We use a couple of small cars that are easy for beginners to handle. They have some scratches on the bumpers, but that is expected when you are teaching people how to navigate tight turns. We usually start the lessons early in the morning before the sun gets too hot and the road gets too crowded with workers going to the factory. It takes a lot of patience to sit next to someone who is stalling the engine for the tenth time in a row, but we don't really mind. We have lived in this area for a long time, so we know all the quiet streets where a new driver can practice without getting overwhelmed by the traffic. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our car driving around with the big red 'L' on the roof. We aren't trying to be the biggest school in town, just a reliable place where someone can learn to drive safely and get their license.
