We’ve been here at 623 Station Road for quite a while now. Most people in Shendurni know the spot since it’s right near the station, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they need processing tools. Jamner is a quiet place usually, but our workshop stays busy most mornings. We started out small, just a couple of benches and some basic gear. Now the floor is pretty full. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere despite our best efforts to keep it tidy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with metal and parts all day. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure everything is running like it should. It isn't always glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps the staff occupied. If you walk down the road toward the post office, you’ll probably hear the noise from our cutters. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just a desk in the corner where we keep the paperwork and take calls. The guys usually take their lunch break under the shade outside when it gets too hot in the afternoon. It’s a decent life here in Shendurni. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and making sure the tools we make don't break the first time someone uses them. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. The tea here is good, and the neighbors don't complain too much about the noise we make.
