Up here in Chikalgaon, specifically at Sadhankarwadi, things move at their own pace. We are based out of House No. 958. Ghatole Infrastructures Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just known as the guys who do the building work around Wani. Yavatmal is a quiet place most of the time compared to the big cities. We deal with whatever infrastructure needs come our way. Sometimes it’s a bit of road work, sometimes it’s more involved. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even if it says Private Limited on the papers. We’ve been at this for a while. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the files and the phone. We spend most of our time out in the dust and the sun. It's 445304 area code work. You get used to the routine. We don't have big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just show up, do the job, and go home. People in Wani know where to find us if they need something built. We know the land here pretty well. It's hard to explain, but it’s just the way we do things. We’ve got a few old trucks and some good workers who don’t mind getting their hands dirty. That's the main thing. We just keep our heads down and work. It's not about looking fancy for us, just about getting the concrete poured before the sun gets too high.
