We are over at Pranjal Niwas in Jalgaon, right near the Omshanti-Nagar area in Pimprala. It is a busy spot most days for us. Most of the time we are just sorting out housing details or talking to people about where they want to live. It isn’t a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. The weather here in Jalgaon can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going while looking at maps and site plans. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to ask questions or see what is going on with the latest plots. We have been here for a while now and most of us know the shortcuts around Gat No 9/1 pretty well. It is mostly about keeping track of the paperwork and making sure the construction side of things is actually moving forward. You will usually find someone at the desk drinking tea or on the phone trying to coordinate with workers at a site. It is just us doing what we do in this corner of the city. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few people who know how the local housing market works. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet is slow, but that is just how it goes here. We keep the files organized as best as we can and try to stay on top of the daily tasks.
