Bharat Lohar Architects

Bharat Lohar Architects is over in Shiv Colony in Jalgaon. We’re at Plot No. 17, which is right next to the SBI Bank and the Shiv Colony Stop. It’s a good location because everyone knows the bank. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is a modest space where we do all our architectural drawings and meetings. It’s usually just us and a lot of paper. Jalgaon can get really hot, so we’re thankful for the shade of our office during the summer months. We aren't a big firm with lots of employees. It’s a small, local setup. We don’t have a fancy website or do a lot of advertising. Most of our clients come to us because they saw a house we worked on or because a friend recommended us. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the plans make sense. Sometimes we have to spend the whole day out at a site, which can be exhausting, but it’s part of the job. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just talk to people normally and try to help them build what they need. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s kept us going for years. We like being part of the colony and seeing familiar faces every day. It’s just a regular local business doing its best to stay busy.
