Ayush Packaged Drinking Water

We run Ayush Packaged Drinking Water out of our place at 137, Karunavihar Housing Society. It’s located in Ajbe Nagar, right off Sakri Road. We decided to set this up because we saw a need for it in this neighborhood. The facility is basically a modified part of the building where we have the filtration units and the bottling line. It’s a tight squeeze with all the plastic crates, but we’ve gotten used to maneuvering around them. I’m usually the one checking the water levels and making sure the filters are changed when they need to be. It’s a lot of maintenance work. My brother-in-law does most of the deliveries around the housing society and the nearby streets. We aren't a big brand you’d see on TV. We’re just local people providing water to other local people. Sometimes the pump breaks down and I have to spend half the night fixing it so we can have stock ready for the morning. It’s just how it goes when you run your own thing. The area is mostly residential, so we try to keep the noise down in the early hours. We’ve been here for a few years and the neighbors seem okay with us. It’s honest work, even if it gets exhausting dealing with all the heavy lifting and the constant cleaning. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the equipment running smoothly.
