Artsum Infratech operates out of Jalgaon, specifically at 76 HSGSOC 26/206. We are set up at Shri Hanumant Bhimrao Jagtap’s place. It’s more of a home-office environment than a typical commercial setup. Jalgaon is a place where people know their neighbors, and being in a housing society like this means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We started this company to handle local infrastructure needs. Since we’re in a residential area, it’s usually pretty quiet until the kids get back from school. We have a couple of rooms dedicated to the business. It’s mostly just computers, a printer that works when it feels like it, and stacks of documents. We don’t have fancy signs or a big storefront. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know Hanumant. Working like this keeps our overhead low and lets us stay focused on the actual technical side of things. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across the district, so the office is sometimes empty during the day. When we are here, we’re usually hunched over laptops or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a simple, local business. We don’t use big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and try to get it done within the time we have.
