A T Tours And Travels is a small operation we run right here in Jalgaon. We don’t have a big fancy office in a mall or anything like that. Mostly, we operate out of a simple space where we can keep our files and take phone calls from people looking for a ride. Jalgaon is our home, and we know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We started this business because we liked the idea of being our own bosses and helping folks get to the airport or take a trip to the hills. It’s not always easy. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets sick, and we have to scramble to find a replacement at the last minute. That’s just the nature of the travel business. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones, coordinating with different people and making sure the timings are right. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; a simple ledger and some sticky notes usually do the trick for us. Our customers are usually locals who have been using our services for years. They know they can just call us up and we’ll figure something out for them. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people trying to make a living and provide a reliable way for people to travel.
