Our office is over in New Patel Nagar in Orai, right near the Siddhi Vinayak Hospital. Softrose Pharmaceutical is the name we go by. Being so close to the hospital makes sense for what we do. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things and keep our office at Ranjan Devi Kushwaha’s place. It’s a local operation, and we don't have any big corporate vibes here. Most days are spent looking over orders and making sure the supplies are coming in correctly. Orai is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows everyone. We take our work seriously because medicine is important. It’s a lot of checking labels and moving crates around. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a bit slow, but they get the job done. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a mad rush when a delivery arrives. We don’t put on a show for anyone. We just open the doors, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward life here in Jalaun district. We are just regular people working in the pharma trade, trying to keep things organized and helpful for the local area. The 285001 area is where we've put down our roots. We keep a small stove in the corner for making tea when it gets chilly in the winter months. It's a simple life.
