We are located right in the Chintpurni Mandir Market near Mai Hiran Gate in Jalandhar. It’s a very crowded area, especially during the middle of the day. Our space is tucked away in the market where all the other traders are. We deal with pharmaceutical supplies and move a lot of boxes every day. The office isn't very big, and there’s always a stack of invoices on the desk. It’s a bit noisy outside with all the rickshaws and people walking to the temple. We’ve been in Jalandhar for years now. Most of our work involves talking to suppliers and making sure the local shops get what they ordered. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the expiry dates on the stock. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there with the door open to get some light. We don’t have a marketing department. We just have a name on the door and a phone that rings a lot. It’s a family-run sort of thing, and we take it day by day. The street is narrow, so getting deliveries in can be a real headache. But we’ve figured out how to make it work over the years. We close up when the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
