Woodco Interiors

We are located on Pathankot Road, right near the post office in Nurpur. Woodco Interiors is a local operation through and through. The road outside is always busy with trucks heading north, so there is a constant hum of traffic. We spend our days surrounded by wood, tools, and the smell of sawdust. It’s a messy business, but we enjoy it. We aren't some big interior design firm with a fancy studio. Most of our work happens right here in the workshop or out at a customer's site. We’ve been in Nurpur for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk through the door. Some days we are designing a kitchen, other days we are just fixing a broken door. It’s varied work. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they don't fall apart. The winters here can get quite cold, so we have a small heater in the corner of the shop. In the summer, we keep the doors wide open to let the breeze in. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle a saw. Sometimes we get behind on orders when the wood delivery is late, but we catch up eventually. People know where we are if they need something made.
