Our factory is situated out in Village Raowali, along Dhogri Road. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which gives us a bit more space to breathe and work. We’ve been part of this village area for a long time, and a lot of the folks who work with us come from the nearby houses. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just how it is out here. We focus on auto parts, so there’s always the sound of metal and machinery coming from inside the building. It’s a large shed-like structure where we keep the production lines running. We don't have any shiny glass walls or fancy carpets. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of wear over the years. We spend our days making sure the parts are up to the standard they need to be. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside the main gate when the weather is nice. It’s a simple life out here, far from the big office blocks. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who drive the transport trucks. There’s a certain rhythm to the day, starting early before the sun gets too hot. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just do the work we know how to do. It’s a steady business and we’re proud to be rooted in Raowali for all these years.
