Our office is set up at H.N. 68-R in Model Town, Jalandhar City. It is a well-known part of Punjab, so we are easy to find if you are in the area. We are in the building trade, mostly doing local construction and development work. The office is actually just a regular house that we have used for our business for quite some time. It has a lived-in feel, with plenty of paper blueprints and samples of building materials lying around. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big corporation. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done. Jalandhar is a place where people appreciate a direct approach. We have been through many seasons here, from the heat of summer to the winter rains. Sometimes projects get delayed because of things we cannot control, like the weather or supply issues, but we always try to make it right. We do not have a big team of people writing fancy ads for us. We just rely on the work we have already finished to show what we can do. It is a simple operation. We come in every morning, check on the sites, and then handle the office work at 68-R. That is how we have always operated and it seems to work out okay. Most days we are just busy with the daily building work.
